How to rip DVD to iPod, MP4, DivX, AVI, MP3, AAC, M4A using Xilisoft DVD to iPod Converter?

1. Download the latest version Xilisoft DVD to iPod Converter or Xilisoft iPod Video Converter + DVD to iPod suite, install and run.

2. Load your DVD movie by clicking on the 'Add DVD Folder...' option of the 'File' menu or the 'DVD' button of the main interface.

3. Rip the whole DVD or rip by chapter
You can click the quadrate button which is between the red button and the "Title" button. This button helps you switch the display between titles and chapters. If you rip in chapter mode, you will get an iPod video file for every chapter. When the list box displays the titles not chapters you can convert the whole DVD into one iPod file.

You can also rip any segment you like, just set 'start time' and 'duration' from the right panel.

As usual, the longest title is the main file of the movie. You can remove the title you don't like to convert by choosing the title, right-clicking and 'Remove'.

4.Select the output format from the 'Profile:' drop list box. It supports 'iPod (30G) MPEG-4 Movie', 'iPod (60G) MPEG-4 Movie', "MP3", "AAC", "M4A", "MP4 (MPEG-4 Video)".




5. Click on the red button to start ripping.
