Download TiVo Desktop software to transfer TiVo movies to PC. You can play TiVo videos using Windows Media Player.

Parts 2: Convert TiVo to MPEG file format

Download DirectShow Dump (Freeware) install and run it.
Click "Add files" to convert TiVo file to MPEG format.
If you cannot convert TiVo to MPEG successfully. Please download the Microsoft.NET 1.1 architecture.
